I final got it, today I have been slow. Maybe I need more sleep. The root animation has to be greater than keyframe 1. Thanks very much for help and for patiently.

I would agree there that it is my settings. The exporter is outstanding, I think it is the best one out for Torque. DemoChr's RAY export find. I have create new file with a new character. I am using the Biped tutorials for Biped animation. I email you the RAY file. Thanks.

No I have not solve the crash but not sure if it is me or you not suppose to export the model without animation. When exporting just the model I uncheck the idle and run animation from the export window. This may be no. I will try it on TGEDemoChr.

I did test with TGEDemoChr and does not happen. So it must be something I am leave out. I notice there is camera in TGEDemoChr. What does the camera do and does it export? I also notice that Eye bone is link. What is link? I am thinking the Bip01 Head.

I think the reason why animation was playing all the time was because the ground_Node was not link. So the model did not detect the terrain when it was on it.

I did test with TGEDemoChr and does not happen. So it must be something I am leave out.
Thanks for all support. Your support is oustanding which make me even more glad I got LightRay3d.

No, I am using the Biped folder run animation. What is the proper way of link the ground_node? Here steps I took to link it, not sure if this is correct but my animation is playing correct now. The animation does not play all time like before.

1. Click Scene List icon then select ground_Node.
2. Click Link icon then Click Scene List icon.
3. Click Bip01 then click Link button.

I have notice that I dont export the animation with the model Torque will crash. I check the TGEDemoChr and my model is setup the same way. Do I need to link the ground_Node or trigger_Node to something.

I manager to get Biped Skeleton attach to the mesh with animation. I also manager to export to Torque. What is the best way to reassign the vertices to the bones for the animation to play correct on the mesh.

You are very correct 3ds max tutorials is very easy to use with LightRay3D. I must say box modeling is very easy in LightRay3d, that thanks goes to you (Prometheus) for making it so easy to use.

Also you want to take in account what you making the model for. If it for a game you can put alot detail in the texture then the mesh. Least this what I read and use.

Here a book I use Modeling a Character in 3ds max Second Edition by Paul Steed

I am not sure if there is one for LightRay3d. I have ones for Gamespace and 3ds max. Do you know these softwares? If not I can convert it to LightRay3d but it will take fews days to do it.

I been play around with Biped Skeleton. How you assign the Biped Skeleton to the model? When assigning the Biped animation the skeleton will rotate 45 degrees. How do you stop the rotation?

I use the box method for alot my models. You have to think ahead alittle but you can get some good details. I did the AK47 Tutorial but I did in the box method. I alway get drawing and load them in the software. I have to say LightRay3d is outstanding for box model. I use this method for about 12 years. Also with box method you can select area and add more detail.
