...Prometheus has been taken punishment from Zeus and now chained on the high Cliff. great Eagle every day peack out him liver. every day for one small piece, to the bitter end..

P.S. man, i am hope for try v1.5 already 1.5 years. but this unavailable. you announced great changes in program if v1.4.merge with v1.5. but where is it? why possible try 1.5 but only for registered users all this time? =)

First: Please enable cookies autorization in forum. Stupid settings forum engine forced logged and send password every time. Its simulate big irritation every time. Disappear wish posted =).

Second: Add please in settings Lightray possibility change color central axis grid from only white to any =). see allways white cross in all viewports its no beauty, its ugly =)

from Milkshape and fragMOTION at present LightRay differs very small , realy that only price =)

I much hope that in new full-fledged ( not LiteRay ) to versions will be more friendly interface and navigation with possibility to use the mouse more productive as well as suitable management in viewports. If I did not expect the developments of Your program - that I did not become to write here nothing. But if write -signifies me interesting and I see the prospect of this development in greater than she presently there is. Thank you that answer , shall wait new release program.

P.S. why happens to login every time on forum? do not work cookies or in adjusting the forum of no possibility to include " to hear always "?

The Author probably much is afraid that if although some options of the export will work in unscheduled program - her(its) will not buy, but will become constantly to use trial version , herewith tolerate under each start about registrations ( or will find crack ). The Foolishnesses all this! It is Enough to compare the sizes community on forum Milkshape3d or fragMOTION ( much making look younger program , even else no release - only beta 0.91), Correct policy of the spreading - a most best warranty that program will buy. But the policy of the spreading LightRay - imho very invalid. I already spoke your mind on cause that since simply CAN NOT try the export in Torque personally - (the function of the export in unscheduled copy LightRay simply disarmed ) - that I have no no desires to buy the cat in bag , orientating on some there model only , which possible download as proof that LightRay this will in general die to do.

Funny even, LightRay - probably single program , to which it is impossible find in P2P networks crack or serial or registered version =). I expect that this is connected with that that low functionality + high price = does not present the interest even for crackers team, ha-ha =).

Can be there is sense to do in the same way as in Luxology Modo? The Issue generated key for unblock all function program on 1 month? Or the simplest way - completely working program which ceases to work through 2-4 weeks =).

Let I hitherto as well as did not become authorized user LightRay ( I hitherto do not want to pay for program in which some aspects I do not like while there is alternative variants of the programs ), and already repeatedly voiced its modest opinion on cause of the improvement LightRay , but all think that LIteRay must differ from the main version only that that she must be is immediately equipped plugins of the export for the main games (Half-Life,Quake, CoD and so on) of the not restricted export. And her(its) cost must not exceed 25-30 dollars. Also LiteRay must NOT possibility using of the work with some format (for commercial -oriented engines - 3D Game Studio, Torque...Ogre...). These plugins must be delivered in kit of the full version LightRay3D ( the cost to full version I hope that does not become above that price which there is presently nor in what event - otherwise personally I shall simply forget the road on this site ). imho.

Something it is necessary to do with that that test version will not die in general nothing. since personally me for instance on one incomprehensible model example , which is compiled for Torque can not understand - a good program or not. but believe simply wordses -not want. if such policy will last and hereinafter -hardly beside I shall appear the desire to spend 90 dollars for do not understand that . And no need to speak that I greedy russian - I don't use crack-s , but buy the program as all normal people if program I like , she needs me for functioning, working and the like...

forgive me for my english- hope that at least half said by me possible to understand =)

Comments:
1. Rotate view restricted ( mouse button ).
necessary to do the possibility of the independent blocking Rotate View in any one of active windows. explain - In 3D View need of the rotation to models obligatory , in ditto time in three remained window ( they beside us are meant as Orthographic? ) - in them not it is necessary to allow to rotate the view . so cost(stand)s to include such possibility in interface.

one-click left mouse button of the button includes snap to grid .but repeated click- switches off . right click mouse - context menu.
also necessary to provide for this quick key

2. Axis Restrictions. Same pertains and to restrictions on axises . presently in program Restrict to axis is used simultaneously to all Viewports equally - but this wrong.
If there is view frontal ( ZX ) that sensibly in him to move on this axises ( or choose the restriction on one of them ), in window of the view from the side ( ZY ) sensibly allow displacement on axises ZY . but in window of the view overhand (XY) of course necessary displacement on axises XY and possibility of the choice between X or Y.

Presently, the restriction works for all windows synchronous and this much uncomfortably. ( though and this possibility of the synchronous restriction on axises , since this is made presently too to exclude it is impossible ).

I so long waited the versions 1.4. I wrote letter itself , Prometheus. I waited only one - to Lightray learned to export in .DTS (Torque) and to beside he became the more friendly interface. Esksporter you have done , thank you . I rejoiced as child having read news about this. But download version 1.4 I have not seen the person of the changes to interface . he all in the same way uncomfortable.



Much darkenning shell of the interface in stiletto GMax with adjustment by default absolutely does not please the eye. All some dark and gloomy. Why have taken out of menu of the adjustment colour interface? ( is chosen by red colour on illustrations ). Offer their bring back into the following version as well as add the option allowing use the system colour which uses Windows ( on illustrations is chosen by green colour ).
Also offer as - that solve a problem with pixelhunting which have to concern with the users at choice of the axis on which it is necessary to move or rotate object . arrows very small. Necessary at least to do what -that small flag on the end of the axises to on it was more simply direct the cursor . on illustrations is approximately shown as this possible realize.
One more question on cause adjustmen tviewports. The Option Restriction Planes acts simultaneously on ALL viewports but this much uncomfortably. It is Necessary to provide the possibility of the choice for each orthographic viewport apart. In general this only first thoughts on cause of the improvement of the interface , I try in current one -a fortnight in detail and in detail state their own thoughts and their publish. All my indignations is connected with that that I hitherto have not a good instrument for work with Torque. But pay one hundred dollars for that on than impossible work - I do not want. P.S: But at present Lightray available only for export in .DTS and creation .DSQ files ( and that only on declared possibility - since I hitherto have not bought , but in demo -a versions nothing like in available type no =(.

I United with your wish. Want to add that was much comfortable if in menu adjustment possible to choose the language. But file to localizations must be in .ini file apart or in .dll which by itself possible translate and send the author for accompaniment in list of the downloaded files for that to whom this language necessary.

Some wish to future version of the program:
much powerfully comes short several vitally important function:
1 Panorame Active Viewport - appointed to average button mouse.
2 Zoom In|Out Active Viewport - appointed to Scroll Mouse and Hotkeys.
(Simply incomprehensibly for what press button Zoom to actuate mouse-
since Scroll Mouse nowhere else is used)
3 Rotations chosen >1L5:B0 only on one axis ( X, Y, or Z) in correspondence
to from chosen type in each of three Ortographic Viewports.
4 Extrude... That here to say. But possible somehow do Extrude at mouse rather
then enterring numeric importances in panels instrument?
Possible such possibility in program there is- on personally I have not understood as.
Reading Help and experimental Push in buttons did not help me =).
5 Personally I do not lack the options Snap to Grid, which possible include-switch off if required.
6 Verteksy fixed to some bones must have a colour to that bones to which they are nominated.
That is to say if colour to bones blue - that and vertex in not selected mode to have a blue colour.
If vertex are nominated more then to one bones ( but as a rule to 10 bones their do not fix =) -
that intermediate, mixed from colour two bones, for instance if bones blue and yellow -
beside vertex must be a green colour. e.t.c...

All are aforesaid- IMHO, certainly work possible and without these improvements, but such
functioning more looks like constant clicked mouse when moving on worker space window under
Zoom In|Out Active Viewport and Panorame Active Viewport. This uncomfortably and wasteful.

While simply try to understand- needs me this program, since search
for something more powerful than Milkshape. Your program NEARLY corresponds to this requirements
( with the exclusion of already enumerated defect).
