Hi Prometheus,
I hope your haven't lost your interest to continue the development of this great and affordable tool.
Are you afraid of competing with other 3d applications?
No. Please don't.
BTW, if more convenient and time-saving functions could be added in future, this will increase the value of lightray3d and you may consider raise the price, too.
IMO, if lightRay3D could be updated constantly and we are well informed what is going on in your future plan, there will be less complaints and more people will anticipate these and be interested in your tool.
Do you have any blog so that we know more of the progress?
Could you post somethings or any work you have done from time to time in this forum?
BTW, good support is very important.
Thanks

Thread: Questions about lightray3d... |
|
|
Hi Prometheus,
1. I am a newbie and want to make the best use of this tool.
Will there be more lightray3d tutorials?
(There are so many functions inside this tool!)
2. Is lightray3d still being developed? (It would be nice if you could post some development news from time to time.
)
IMO, if there were more detailed screenshots and descriptions for functions of lightray3d, more people will know about lightray3d.

Nowadays the popular physics libraries are PhysX, ODE and bullet.
Will one of them be supported in v1.5 as mentioned above?

Thread: Questions about biped |
|
|
Hi all,
1. Could we modify biped in lightray3d so that it could be used in 4-leg animals or 8-leg monsters?
2. Could these biped of es3d be used with lightray3d?
http://www.es3d.com/index2.html
3. Is biped of lightray3d the same as biped of 3ds max?
Could we create biped in lightray3d so that it could be used in 3ds max?
4. Could lightray3d import bvh files?
Thanks in advance
